We carry 13 JUUL 2 flavours: three tobacco (Virginia, Autumn, Blackcurrant), five menthol (Crisp, Summer, Ruby, Polar Menthol and Arctic Breeze) and five fruit (Apple, Watermelon, Mango, Lychee, Tropical Medley). Every one is 18 mg/ml and comes as a 2-pack of 1.2 ml pods, so with JUUL 2 flavours you choose by taste alone, not strength. For most people the quick answer is Virginia Tobacco if you smoked, Polar Menthol if you smoked menthols, and Mango or Lychee if you want fruit.

Juul Labs sorts JUUL 2 flavours into tobacco, menthol, menthol blends and fruit. We have kept the official short description for each flavour (quoted from Juul Labs’ UK store) and added our own notes on what you notice when you vape it.
JUUL 2 tobacco flavours
Virginia Tobacco
Official description: “Tobacco, nutty and roasted”. This is the plainest pod in the range – dry, toasty tobacco with a slight sweetness on the exhale and no cooling. It is the one most ex-smokers settle on and the easiest to vape all day. Virginia Tobacco JUUL 2 pods.
Autumn Tobacco
Official description: “Tobacco, light apple and brown sugar”. Warmer and rounder than Virginia, with the apple sitting quietly in the background rather than tasting like a fruit pod. A good step if plain tobacco feels too dry. Autumn Tobacco JUUL 2 pods.
Blackcurrant Tobacco
Official description: “Light tobacco, warm berries and slightly sweet”. The lightest of the three tobacco pods, with blackcurrant clearly present. Suits people who used to enjoy flavoured cigarillos or shisha. Blackcurrant Tobacco JUUL 2 pods.
JUUL 2 menthol flavours
Crisp Menthol
Official description: “Fresh, spearmint and menthol”. Spearmint is softer and sweeter than peppermint, so Crisp tastes clean and fresh rather than icy. It is the gentlest menthol in the range and a good everyday pod. Crisp Menthol JUUL 2 pods.
Summer Menthol
Official description: “Tropical, mango and minty”. A menthol blend: ripe mango first, a mint lift at the end. The cooling is moderate, so it works well in the heat without numbing your throat. Summer Menthol JUUL 2 pods.
Ruby Menthol
Official description: “Fresh berry, sweet and menthol”. Red berry with a firmer menthol than Summer. Sweet, but the menthol keeps it from being sugary. Ruby Menthol JUUL 2 pods.
Arctic Breeze
Official description: “Sweet, peppermint and creamy”. Peppermint is sharper than spearmint, but the creamy, sweet edge rounds it off – think mint sweet. Cooling sits about level with Ruby Menthol. Arctic Breeze JUUL 2 pods.
Polar Menthol
Official description: “Slightly sweet, peppermint and cooling”. The coldest JUUL 2 pod. Strong peppermint and a long cooling finish; Juul Labs uses the word “cooling” for only two flavours, and this is one of them. If you smoked menthol cigarettes or used the original JUUL Menthol, start here. Polar Menthol JUUL 2 pods.
Which JUUL 2 menthol is the strongest?
This is the question we get most about the JUUL 2 range. Juul Labs does not publish an official cooling scale, so the ladder below is our tasting guidance, checked against the official descriptions. Only Polar Menthol and Tropical Medley are described by Juul Labs as “cooling”, which supports Polar sitting at the top.
- Crisp Menthol – lightest; fresh spearmint.
- Summer Menthol – mild to moderate; mango leads.
- Ruby Menthol and Arctic Breeze – moderate to firm; roughly level, one berry, one creamy peppermint.
- Polar Menthol – strongest; peppermint with a pronounced cooling finish.
Everyone’s sensitivity to menthol is different, so treat this as a starting point. If you find Polar too sharp, step down to Arctic Breeze; if Crisp feels too mild, step up to Ruby.

Official description: “Apple, caramel and slightly sweet”. Closer to a toffee apple than a green apple. No cooling.
Watermelon
Official description: “Watermelon, spearmint and sweet”. Juicy watermelon with a light spearmint edge, so it has a touch of freshness without counting as a menthol.
Mango
Official description: “Mango, fresh fruit and slightly sweet”. A natural, not-too-sweet mango and the safest fruit choice if you are unsure. No cooling. Mango JUUL 2 pods.
Lychee
Official description: “Tropical, sweet and bold”. The most intense fruit pod in the range, floral and perfumed. People either love it or find it too much.
Tropical Medley
Official description: “Tropical, passionfruit and cooling”. Passion fruit-led with a cool finish, so it sits between the fruit and menthol families.

How do JUUL 2 flavours compare with the original JUUL?
The names overlap, but the pods are not interchangeable and the taste is not identical. JUUL 2 pods hold more liquid (1.2 ml vs 0.7 ml) and use a redesigned pod, and in our tasting the flavour comes through fuller. The closest matches are:
- Original Virginia Tobacco → JUUL 2 Virginia Tobacco
- Original Menthol → JUUL 2 Polar Menthol
- Original Mint → JUUL 2 Crisp Menthol or Arctic Breeze
- Original Mango → JUUL 2 Mango

- Smoked menthols: Polar Menthol.

We carry 13 JUUL 2 flavours in the UAE: three tobacco, five menthol and five fruit. Juul Labs sells a few others in some markets, such as Peach in the UK, but these 13 are what we stock.
What is the best JUUL 2 flavour?
It depends on what you are used to. Virginia Tobacco is the natural choice for former smokers, Polar Menthol for menthol smokers, and Mango is the safest fruit pick. Try a 2-pack before buying several.
Do JUUL 2 pods come in 5%?
No. Every JUUL 2 pod is 18 mg/ml nicotine salt, whichever flavour you choose. If you need a higher strength, the original JUUL with 3% or 5% pods is the alternative.
Which JUUL 2 flavour is the iciest?
Polar Menthol. In our tasting it has the strongest cooling in the range, and it is one of only two JUUL 2 flavours Juul Labs describes as “cooling”. Crisp Menthol is the mildest menthol.
Can I use JUUL 2 flavours in my old JUUL?
No. JUUL 2 pods are a different shape and contain an authentication chip, so they only work in the JUUL 2 device. Original JUUL pods likewise do not fit JUUL 2.
