Using and storing it
- Double-tap the device to check battery and pod level on the lights.
- If a pod isn’t recognised, remove it, wipe the contacts and re-seat it. Clone pods won’t authenticate – that’s the chip doing its job.
- Keep it out of parked cars and direct sun in summer.

No. The JUUL 2 only works with JUUL 2 pods. Original pods fit the original JUUL device.
Do I need the JUUL app?
No. The device works without it; the app adds features like device lock and usage insights.
Device or starter kit?
The starter kit adds two JUUL 2 pods, so you can start vaping straight away. If you already have pods, the device alone is enough.
How fast can you deliver in Dubai?
