Delivery fee

Delivery is free on orders of AED 300 and above. Below AED 300 a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place the order – the total you see is the total you pay at the door.

How delivery works

1. Order on the website or send the product names to us on WhatsApp (+971 52 590 5493).
2. Confirmation – we confirm stock and your address, usually within minutes.
3. Dispatch – a rider collects your order. In Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman most orders arrive within 1–2 hours.
4. Hand-over – the rider checks your ID (18+ only) and you pay by cash or card, unless you paid by bank transfer.

Good to know

• Orders are packed sealed and unbranded on the outside.
• Please keep your phone on – the rider calls or messages on arrival.
• If nobody 18+ can receive the order, the rider cannot hand it over and will rearrange the delivery with you.
• Late-evening orders and orders during peak traffic can take longer; we will tell you if a slot is delayed.

Delivery questions

Do you deliver the same day?

Yes. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman orders are usually delivered in 1–2 hours; the other emirates within 12 hours.

Can I pay by card on delivery?

Yes – cash or card when the order arrives, or by bank transfer before dispatch.

Is my delivery discreet?

Yes. Orders travel in plain packaging and are handed over only to an adult who shows ID.
