The Al Fakher Crown Bar is a large rechargeable disposable vape sold in four lines in the UAE: Mega Max 40k and Ultra 40k at AED 50, and E-Hose 60k and E-Hose X 60k at AED 60 at the time of writing. The 40,000 and 60,000 figures are manufacturer puff ratings, not guarantees. For most buyers the choice comes down to flavour availability first, then whether you want adjustable airflow and the extra capacity of the 60k models.
This buyer’s guide compares the four lines side by side, explains what the puff numbers really mean, and covers charging, spotting genuine stock and how to pick. You can see the whole range on our Al Fakher Crown Bar and disposable vape page.
What is the Al Fakher Crown Bar?
Al Fakher is best known for shisha tobacco made in the UAE, and Crown Bar is its line of disposable vapes. “Disposable” here means the device comes pre-filled and you cannot refill it, but every line we stock has a rechargeable battery with USB-C charging, so you keep using it until the e-liquid runs out rather than until the battery dies. Many flavours deliberately mirror Al Fakher shisha profiles, such as Two Apple, Grape Mint and Gum Mint, which is a large part of the appeal for shisha smokers in Dubai and across the Emirates.

Where a cell says “check pack” or “not confirmed”, it is because we could not find a consistent, reliable figure. Retailer listings for the Mega Max, for example, variously quote 20 ml and 30 ml of e-liquid and 850 or 950 mAh batteries. Rather than pick one and present it as fact, we leave it out. The same goes for nicotine strength: it varies by line and market and is printed on each pack.
Crown Bar Mega Max 40k
The Mega Max 40k is the line most people mean when they say “Crown Bar 40000 puffs”. Its strength is range: 32 flavours with us, including every house blend we carry (Magic Love, Space Dream, Summer Dream, Hubba). The built-in indicator for battery and e-liquid level means you can see when it is genuinely running dry rather than guessing from a weak hit.
Crown Bar Ultra 40k
The Ultra 40k has the same rating and price as the Mega Max but adds adjustable airflow. The trade-off is a much smaller flavour list with us: eight flavours, including Lemon Lime, which we only carry in the Ultra.
Crown Bar E-Hose 60k
The E-Hose 60k is the largest-capacity line, with adjustable airflow and 13 flavours. It costs AED 10 more than the 40k lines for 50% more rated puffs, which makes it the cheapest per rated puff in the range.
Crown Bar E-Hose X 60k
The E-Hose X 60k is the newer model. It has a 1,000 mAh battery, an airflow control that moves between a tighter mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw, like a cigarette, and an open direct-to-lung (DTL) draw, and an LED/LCD display. Seven flavours with us, including Strawberry Peach and Watermelon Cherry, which are E-Hose X only.
Do you really get 40,000 or 60,000 puffs?
Treat the number as a ceiling, not a promise. Puff ratings are worked out by the manufacturer under its own test conditions, typically short, consistent draws. Real use is different: a long, slow draw uses far more liquid than a quick one, and an open airflow setting vaporises more liquid per puff than a tight one.
There is no industry standard for counting puffs, and you can see that in the numbers. Myle, for instance, rates its 2 ml Meta pods at about 2,000 puffs, which is roughly 1,000 puffs per ml, while its 18 ml Meta 9000 disposable is rated at 9,000 puffs, about 500 per ml. Same brand, double the difference. So puff ratings are only useful for comparing models within one brand.
Within the Crown Bar range, the useful comparison is the ratio. An E-Hose or E-Hose X is rated for 1.5 times the puffs of a Mega Max or Ultra and costs 1.2 times as much, so if the ratings are equally optimistic across the range, the 60k lines work out cheaper per puff. What they will not tell you is how many days one will last you, because that depends on how you vape.
Three habits make any Crown Bar last longer:
- Use the tighter airflow setting if your device has one. You get more flavour and use less liquid per puff.
- Take shorter draws. Two quick puffs often use less liquid than one long pull.
- Keep it charged. A low battery gives weak, inconsistent hits, which tempts people into longer draws.
How do you charge a Crown Bar?
All four lines charge through USB-C. A standard phone charger and cable are fine. A few sensible rules, especially in UAE conditions:
- Do not leave the device in a parked car in summer. Heat is bad for any lithium battery and for the e-liquid.
- Unplug once it shows full, and do not charge it on a bed, sofa or under a pillow.
- If the device is cracked, swollen, leaking or gets hot while charging, stop using it.
- When it is empty, do not throw it in the household bin. It contains a lithium battery, so take it to an e-waste collection point.
If it will not charge, check the cable in another device and clean any lint out of the USB-C port before assuming the battery is faulty. If the e-liquid indicator shows empty, recharging will not bring it back: the device is finished.
How do you tell a genuine Al Fakher Crown Bar?
Counterfeit disposables exist in every market, and big-name, high-puff models are a common target. There is no single test that proves a device is genuine, but these checks catch most problems:
- Sealed packaging. The box should be sealed and undamaged. A loose device, or a box that has clearly been opened, is a red flag.
- A flavour that actually exists in that line. Use our Crown Bar flavour list as a reference. A flavour name that does not appear anywhere in Al Fakher’s range should make you suspicious.
- Print and finish. Blurry text, spelling mistakes, misaligned logos or colours that look off compared with the product photos are worth questioning.
- The indicator on first use. A new device should show a full e-liquid level. A partly used reading out of a sealed box is a problem.
- Authentication labels. If the pack carries a scratch-off code or QR label, use it. We cannot confirm every batch and market version carries one, so its absence alone does not prove a fake.
- The price. A Crown Bar sold well below the usual market price usually has a reason.
Everything we sell is sealed, genuine stock.
How to choose the right Crown Bar
- Pick the flavour first. If your flavour only exists in one line, the decision is made. Hubba, Space Dream and Mint are Mega Max only; Lemon Lime is Ultra only.
- Decide if you care about airflow. If you want to tune the draw, skip the Mega Max and choose between the Ultra, E-Hose and E-Hose X.
- Cigarette-style draw or open draw? If you switch between a tight cigarette-style draw and a looser lung hit, the E-Hose X’s MTL/DTL control is built for that.
- Heavy user? Go 60k. AED 10 more for 50% more rated puffs is the better deal if you get through a device quickly.
- Just trying Crown Bar? A Mega Max in a flavour you already know from shisha is the lowest-risk start.

Frequently asked questions
How much is the Al Fakher Crown Bar in Dubai?
With us, the Mega Max 40k and Ultra 40k are AED 50 each and the E-Hose 60k and E-Hose X 60k are AED 60 each at the time of writing. Prices in the UAE can move with excise changes and supply, so check the product page for the current price.
How long does a Crown Bar 40000 puffs last?
It depends entirely on how you vape. 40,000 is the manufacturer’s rating under its own test conditions; longer draws and open airflow use liquid much faster. Use the e-liquid indicator rather than counting days.
Can you refill an Al Fakher Crown Bar?
No. Crown Bars are pre-filled disposables. You can recharge the battery through USB-C, but once the e-liquid runs out the device is finished.
What is the difference between the E-Hose and E-Hose X?
Both are rated up to 60,000 puffs and cost AED 60 with us. The E-Hose X is the newer model, with a 1,000 mAh battery, an LED/LCD display and airflow that switches between a tight mouth-to-lung draw and an open direct-to-lung draw. The flavour lists are different, so check which line has your flavour.
What nicotine strength is the Crown Bar?
Strength differs between lines and between market versions, so we do not quote a single figure. It is printed on every pack; check it before you buy, especially if you are switching from a lower-strength product.
