RELX pod flavours fall into six families: fruit, mint, tea, tobacco, drinks (“beverage”) and dessert. Fruit is by far the biggest group. RELX’s international store lists 34 flavours for RELX Pod Pro, the pod for the Infinity and Essential devices, all at 18 mg/ml. Its Canadian store lists around 30 for the newer Pod Pro 2. What sets RELX apart from most pod brands is its tea range: oolong, jasmine, Longjing and hibiscus, all iced.

Which RELX pods do these flavours fit?
Pod Pro fits the RELX Infinity, Infinity 2, Infinity 2 Plus, Essential and Artisan. Pod Pro 2 fits the Infinity 2 family, Essential and Artisan, and RELX Canada says the original Infinity too. A flavour name on one pod line does not guarantee the same recipe on the other. “Watermelon Ice” exists on both, but RELX does not say the two liquids are identical.

A few of these need a word of explanation for UAE vapers:
- Pear Loquat pairs pear with loquat, a small, sweet-tart orange fruit.
- Chrysanthemum Ice Tea is a light, floral herbal tea flavour, common in East Asia.
- Red Bean Ice and Ludou Ice are based on sweet bean desserts. They taste sweet and slightly earthy, not savoury.
- Osmanthus Rice Wine is named after a sweet, floral Chinese rice drink. It is a flavour name only: like all RELX pods it is an e-liquid, not an alcoholic product.
- Grapefruit Voltage Ice is, as the name suggests, sharp grapefruit with a strong cold hit.
Which RELX flavour should you try first?
Here is how we would steer someone based on what they already like. These are suggestions from the RELX catalogue, not claims about best-sellers.
- Moving from cigarettes: Classic Tobacco (Pod Pro) for the closest match. Menthol Plus or Mint Freeze if you smoked menthols.
- Like strong cooling, common in UAE heat: Watermelon Ice, Lime Ice or Mango Ice. On Pod Pro 2, Grapefruit Voltage Ice or Mint Freeze.
- Want something less sweet: any of the teas. Oolong Ice Tea and Jasmine Longjing Tea are the least sugary-sounding flavours in the range.
- Like sweet drinks and desserts: Matcha Frappe, Banana Freeze or Iced Orangeade.
- Know Chinese flavours: Hawthorn Ice, Ludou Ice and Red Bean Ice are unusual outside RELX and worth trying.
One practical tip: with a new device, buy two or three different flavours rather than a full pack of one. Taste is personal, and an opened pod is best finished within about 15 days, according to RELX.
