Who it suits

Using and storing it
- Start with the airflow half open and adjust after a few puffs; a tighter setting usually brings the flavour forward and uses less liquid per puff.
- Charge over USB-C when the light warns you. Running the battery flat every time shortens its life.
- Keep it out of direct sun and out of parked cars – UAE summer heat can damage the battery and push liquid through the airflow.

Frequently asked questions
Does Cherry Fizz have ice or menthol?
No. Cherry Fizz is a straight drink-inspired flavour without ice. If you want it colder, pick an ice or mint flavour from the same range.
What does the adjustable airflow do on the Al Fakher Ultra?
Closing it gives a tighter, cigarette-style draw with more concentrated flavour; opening it gives a looser, cooler draw with bigger clouds. It doesn’t change the nicotine in the liquid.
How long does an Al Fakher Ultra 40K last?
It’s rated for up to 40,000 puffs. Real life depends on how long and how hard you draw – most daily users get several weeks.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes, over USB-C.
How fast can you deliver in Dubai?
1–2 hours in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and within 12 hours to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery is free over AED 300.
