Using and storing it
- It’s a large device, so treat it like one: charge it fully before first use and top it up rather than running it flat.
- Use the airflow to set the draw – tighter for flavour, looser for clouds.
- As with any lithium battery, keep it out of parked cars and direct sun in the UAE heat.

Frequently asked questions
Does Grape have ice or menthol?
No. Grape is a straight fruit flavour without ice. If you want it colder, pick an ice or mint flavour from the same range.
E-Hose vs E-Hose X – which should I buy?
Both are rated for up to 60,000 puffs. The E-Hose X is the newer model with a 1,000 mAh battery and an LED/LCD display; the original E-Hose has the larger flavour list. Choose by flavour first.
How many puffs does the E-Hose 60K really give?
Al Fakher rates it at up to 60,000. Your number depends on draw length and airflow setting, but it is the longest-lasting device in the Crown Bar range.
Can I adjust the draw?
Yes – the airflow is adjustable.
How fast can you deliver in Dubai?
